Summer 2017 raw local honey. We do not use any chemical treatments on our bees and only extract each hives excess honey leaving the rest to the bees so they can endure Chicagolands harsh winters.
All 4 of our honey producing bee yards are in Dupage County Illinois and are located next to these wildflower rich forest preserves; West Chicago prairie, Herrick Lake, and The Great Western Trail.
Local raw honey is rich in antioxidants, the natural pollens of your area, and plenty of vitamins and minerals. But, never feed a baby younger than 1 year old raw honey, they can’t digest it like you and I can.
